Oops, sorry it's taken such a long time to update this page, we have been waiting for a lull after the Christmas rush, but it hasn't happened! We have had a fantastic start to 2010 with many new and exciting things going on. We are now regulars at Saltburn and Castle Howard farmers markets which have been a great success for us so far and we  had a great, if somewhat soggy May day holiday weekend running workshops at the National Trusts' Beningborough Hall near York, we got a thorough soaking on Saturday but Sunday and Monday were busy, busy, busy with lots of interest in Liz's new gingerbread boats!. Liz has also been trialling some exciting new products which we will update you on very soon. The gingerbread house wedding favours are turning out to be real favourites too. If you live in York, or are planning a visit, keep an eye out for the all new York visitor information centre you might just discover some new and interesting gingerbread goodies - more info coming soon. Lastly for all the steam train fans out there Liz is now doing a range of gingerbread train biscuits for the North Yorks Moors Railway shop, Sir Nigel Gresley has been very popular!

The Gingerbread House will be at Malton Food Lovers Festival on Saturday May 22nd - come and say hello if you are in the area.
