A great big Gingerbread House thank you to everyone who has supported the Gingerbread House throughout 2011, It has been a fantastic year, with a huge increase in sales from our online shop and we have had great success and great fun at the events we have attended. So, thank you one and all, but especially big thankyous go to Michael Goodchild of fudgefancies for his work getting the Middlesbrough market up & running, to the organisers of the York Food Festival for their smooth professionalism, to Arthur Franklin and co for the excellent Whitby Regatta and finally a very special Gingerbread House thank you to Johanna Parkin food stylist and photographer who built Liz's' gingerbread house kit and took the lovely photograph featured in the Guardian A - Z of winter food.
