Postage terms & conditions

We can accept payments by credit/debit cards through paypal or by paypal express, we also accept cheque and postal order payment. We would recommend customers who want us to be able to track an item or who have an expensive order should use our 'special delivery' service. In general we have found first class post to be very reliable, and in most cases it will usually arrive within 3 days of posting, however we cannot accept responsibility for any item lost, damaged or delayed when using this service. Recorded delivery is also available this gives you the option to claim a replacement if your product arrives damaged (you MUST let us know within 24hours of receipt of damaged item) - however it is not trackable and someone has to be available to sign on delivery. To ensure total freshness all our items are hand baked to order and we would ask that you allow 7 - 10 working days from us receiving your order to when you receive it (this time may increase during very busy periods). If your order is urgent please contact us, we can usually come to an arrangement to make sure you get your goods on time. USA customers please note - at present we are unable to send parcels weighing over 2kilos. All other overseas customers please contact us for shipping costs
